My card has expired, how will I get my refund?
We will now issue a refund through a bank transfer, please contact our Customer Support team here with the following details to assist us in refunding you:
- Mobile Fun Order ID
- Sort code and Account Number (for UK based bank accounts) OR Swift ID and IBAN Account Number (for non-UK based bank accounts)
- Bank name
- Bank address

Where can I get a copy of my invoice?
A paper copy will be inside your parcel but if for any reason you need another copy just email our Customer Support team who will get a copy emailed to you.
