How will I know if you have received my return?
You can get updates on your return in multiple ways.
If you have used our Royal Mail or Collect+ returns service you can track your parcel using your tracking code. The tracking code can be found on the receipt the shop/post office gave you.
You can also log into your My Account and if your return has been received and processed it will show here (you need to have ordered and created an account for it to show here).
Alternatively, we will email you once we have received and processed your return to let you know.
