I think I have been over charged, what do I do?
Solution If you believe that you have been billed incorrectly please contact your network operator who will provide you with written evidence of your phone bill. They will provide this for both contract and pay as you go customers.

Once you have received the required information from your network operator we will gladly investigate this matter further and provide a refund, where appropriate.
